During the Dutch Design Week of 2016, Studio Harm Rensink, HeyNiek and You Are Here presented the 2016 edition of the Modebelofte: ’Adaptive Travelers’.

Modebelofte, meaning 'fashion promise' in Dutch, is an international platform for fashion talents. With their annual shows the Modebelofte aims to challenge the fashion industry by presenting a selection of innovative talents and graduates from international BA and MA courses. In conjunction to the exhibition several events are organised in which networks (companies, universities, media) are brought together and the participating designers share their stories behind the collections with the public.

Modebelofte 2016 took place at de Bijenkorf in Eindhoven, a department store just one minute walk from Eindhoven Central Station. The exhibition encompassed the shop windows and part of the first and third floor as well as the roof and presented approximately 30 of this year's international fashion graduates.
